(“AIkonic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you (“User”) agree to the following terms governing your registration, access, and use of the AIKONIC AI Note mobile application and related services (collectively, “Services”). Please read this Agreement carefully. By registering, logging in, or using the Services, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not proceed with registration or use.
1. Definitions

“Services”: The AIKONIC AI Note application, website, and any functionalities or materials provided.

“Materials”: All visual interfaces, graphics, designs, text, data, code (source or object), software, and other content provided by AIkonic.

“User Content”: Content created, uploaded, or shared by Users, including but not limited to text, audio, images, and transcripts.
2. Account Registration

Eligibility: You must be at least 16 years old and have authority to enter into this Agreement.

Registration Info: Provide a valid email address and set a secure password. You agree that all information is accurate and current.

Device Data: You consent to collection of device identifiers (IMEI, MAC address, IDFA), system version, and model for authentication and analytics.

Security: Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account; notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Privacy and Data Use
Our Privacy Policy governs collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. By using Services, you consent to processing as described here.
4. User Conduct and Content Standards

Compliance: You agree not to upload or share content that:

Violates laws or regulations; infringes others’ rights; contains hate speech, violence, or adult content.

Disrupts or interferes with Services’ operation.

Responsibility: You are solely liable for User Content. AIkonic may remove or block content violating these terms without notice.

Intellectual Property: You retain ownership of your Input and Output; you warrant you have rights to all content you provide.
5. Service Fees and Billing

Paid Services: Certain features require subscription or one-time payment. Details are provided on order pages before purchase.

Non‑Refundable: Once payment is processed and status is “Processing,” no cancellations or refunds are permitted.

Fee Adjustments: AIkonic may adjust fees; changes apply to new subscriptions/orders and are communicated in advance.
6. Intellectual Property Rights

Company IP: All Materials (excluding User Content) are owned by AIkonic or its licensors. No rights are granted beyond those expressly stated.

User IP: You retain all rights to your Input and Output. You grant AIKONIC a license to use, reproduce, and display your User Content solely to provide Services.
7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Service Availability: Services may be interrupted due to maintenance, force majeure, or network issues. AIkonic is not liable for downtime or data loss.

No Warranty: Services are provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIkonic’s liability for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
8. Termination

By User: You may delete your account at any time via the app or by contacting support.

By Company: AIkonic may suspend or terminate your access for breach of terms, illegal activity, or risk to Services. Notice will be provided when feasible.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Singapore or in the courts of Singapore if arbitration is unavailable.
10. Changes to This Agreement
AIkonic may revise these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via in‑app notice or email. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
